Refunds and Returns Page

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If we the item is not damaged and you need to return this there may be a cost incurred to collect the item and bring this back.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Goods must be returned within 14 days following the dispatch.

Some goods may need to be returned to a manufacturer or a supplier. There may be a haulage, handling and restocking charge which must be paid by the customer.

We have a restocking charge of 30%. If the delivery is changed after the order is placed or while the good are in transit there may also be a delivery cost incurred. Please note that all charges are different based on a number of factors including, how different the location is to the original one, the type of haulage used etc. If you have any issues please make sure you get in contact with us at info@dryliningmaterials.co.uk.

The customer must also make certain that the goods are accessible at the time of collection. If we are not able to retrieve the items at the time of collection the customer will be charged the collection fee and we will rearrange for another time to collect the items when they are accessible.

All items must be returned with the original packaging. The customer is responsible and must ensure that the goods arrive in the same condition and the delivery is sent with a responsible courier and goods must be signed for on arrival.

Once a refund is accepted by drylining materials, we will give you credit or a full refund within 14 days.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will also request photos of the damage and this will need to be taken before the item is unpacked if applicable. We may also request a timestamp.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, Such as some kingspan items, custom products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We may also offer credit in return. Depending on damage the amount of credit we will offer you may differ from the purchase price.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be given credit on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
